Missouri, Georgia, and Tennessee. Spiraling out of control http://fox2now.com/2016/07/08/polic...n-targeted-in-missouri-georgia-and-tennessee/
Never ending cycle. Officers in his/her unit will naturally become more defensive and standoffish.....which is more likely to make an encounter with a POC more negative. That negative encounter can cause that POC to develop, or intensify a pre-existing, mistrust of police officers. This terrible ride keeps spinning and spinning. Wish we could just hit the reset button on this damn country.
Pray for our men and women in uniform, they try to make this world a better place and are the subject of these cowardly attacks weekly.
yup. But when heroes in the culture sing about 'fk the police', you'll never get that. And the cycle continues.
Seriously, people like dback cannot grasp simple concepts such as FOUR HUNDRED YEARS of being denied basic literacy, housing loans, educational opportunities, opportunities to establish business connections etc will have tangible consequences for the generations that follow. While rich white child in the suburbs has daddy working at Raytheon handing out internships like candy to his son and his friends, you think a kid in Flint, Michigan is going have the opportunity of daddy finding a 6 figure salary job for their son. Seriously, do people like dback and bigtexxx seriously believe the racial tensions of the past 500 years between whites and black would all magically end in 1964 through legislation? All that hatred and explicit racist culture just disappears overnight?? Are you people that insane? You think racism towards blacks just magically ended with one piece of legislation? And those same exact people some how have a difficult time grasping the concept of multitasking. Guess what idiots, desiring personal responsibility and acknowledging that racism is still alive and well today and that 400 years of history is going to have tangible consequences are not mutually exclusive notions. I don't know why you people think that way?
lol what a weak rebuttal from fchowd. ...but...but...but...400 years! (or did it actually grow to 500 years in your post? lol) Lazy attempt to stifle discussion by bringing up slavery which ended generations ago
Um......it was not until 1964 til there was EQUAL Rights (by law). The legacy of slavery turn into Jim Crow. You still have people fighting to display the symbol of Slavery (Confederate Flag) and it didnt come down from the statehouse in SC til last year after 9 black churchgoers were murdered by a racist in their own church.
How stupid does one have to be to believe that a culture of racism that culminated over 400+ years would abruptly end with a piece of legislation in 1964 which is less than a generation ago. Are you seriously that much of an idiot?
Next up for the doofus brothers Mr Scarface and fchowd: asking for slave reparations give me a break, guys. Your logic has become so twisted that you're lost and flailing.
