Lebron is close to going to his 10th nba finals lol.

nobody wants to hear the rockets complaining about anything anymore.

It's two totally separate things. Caring about what the voters think, and caring about how we should react to what voters think. To use an extreme example to illustrate the point, I may not care about the voting result, but I would care if some crazy fan decided to post death threats against voters.

Regarding voters, I care more about the aggregate result, rather than voting of specific voters. People will vote how they want to vote, and that's fine. If the aggregate result is way off, then there's cause for concern (to the extent we really care about MVP awards for James Harden at this stage of his career).

If voters not voting for Harden I their top 5 proves their bias/hate for Harden, doris burk placing him 3rd proves otherwise right?

Harden didn't deserve Top 5. Was terrible for 2 months and we were a 4 seed.

Except the people they voted for instead of him were Luka, Lillard? 7th and 8th seeds with worse numbers? Cmon

Normally I would complain about stuff like this, but:
    1. Other posters are right in that Harden already has an MVP, multiple top 2-3 finishes and individual accolades. So who cares?
    2. Even though Harden's start to the season was otherworldly and he finished super strong in the bubble, he also had that atrocious stretch in January when he played some of the worst ball of his career and Westbrook had to keep the team afloat. I can't blame someone for seeing that stretch and questioning a vote for Harden over someone who was more consistent this season.

Oh, don't get me wrong. Harden not being worthy of Top 5 doesn't mean he wasn't screwed over.

Don’t know why I decided to look it up but here it is

NBA scoring champ and where they finished that season in MVP voting going in reverse order from this season for the last 20 years

    Harden - 3rd
    Harden - 2nd
    Harden - 1st
    Westbrook - 1st
    Curry - 1st
    Westbrook - 4th
    Durant - 1st
    Anthony - 3rd
    Durant - 2nd
    Durant - 5th
    Durant - 2nd
    Wade - 3rd
    James - 4th
    Bryant - 3rd
    Bryant - 4th
    Iverson - 5th
    McGrady - NA
    McGrady - 4th
    Iverson - 9th
    Iverson - 1st

Only twice in the last 20 years has the scoring champ not been top 5 in MVP voting. And for the most part they are top 3. Tmac led the league in scoring on a last place team and got no votes. Iversons 6th place Philly team got him 9th place.
