Not until sometime next year. trump lost his bid to keep his financial records from being investigated. All of his bizarre legal machinations were rejected. His only “win” was getting a likely delay until after the election. trump continued his absurd blame game, predictably accusing President Obama for his troubles, even tossing Biden’s name into his conspiracy theories, frantically searching for a way to attack the Vice-President, his Ukraine efforts having failed to move the needle. All this has been spewed out to the “world” in his tweets. It won’t help him a bit if he loses in November and it looks dire for the Liar in Chief. This is assuming Biden wins and the Democratic Party wins big nationally, taking the Senate and keeping and even expanding it’s hold on the House. trump will be facing a legal nightmare when he leaves office. Never assume. Turnout is key. In Texas, Democrats look to continue the success they had in 2018, when they flipped 12 seats in the Texas House from R to D. They also took 2 seats in the state Senate, but have farther to go there to flip the chamber. Texas is turning purple, with Democrats in control of every major Texas city, and the state is not as far from being a battleground state as most think. trump’s incompetence dealing with the pandemic (and so much else) is costing him dearly in the suburbs, with suburban women in particular. Add his assaults on Hispanics nationally, at the state level in Texas, and the outlook for the GOP here looks increasingly grim. I think Texas will surprise the country in November. That Biden is polling neck and neck with trump in Texas reflects the changes in the state. Texas is increasingly multicultural. The GOP has gerrymandered Hispanic Texans for decades, preventing them was having the legislative representation that reflects their numbers in Texas and pushing them even further towards the Democratic Party. Increased Democratic seats in the legislature equals a powerful presence during redistricting, which is coming down the pike. Everything depends on turnout. Never assume.
From Dallas Morning News, https://www.dallasnews.com/news/pub...ed-texas-as-voters-sour-on-handling-of-virus/ The updated University of Texas Tyler poll, as of late June, has found. If the general election were held today, Biden would carry Texas, with 46% of the vote to Trump’s 41%. 14% were undecided or named someone else. Biden’s lead, which comes after he and Trump were tied 43%-43% in The News and UT-Tyler’s April survey, The story behind Biden’s slight bulge is the softening of the Republican incumbent’s support among independents and “weak partisans,” aka Biden Republicans

"Is The Boston Marathon Bomber Ruling Good News For Roger Stone?": https://jonathanturley.org/2020/08/...thon-bomber-ruling-good-news-for-roger-stone/
In my ideal America, Stone would get a good dose of profiling from cops. "Ah, hi there Mr. Stone." "What's the problem, ****wad. I mean, 'officer.'" (rolls eyes) "Ah, you seem to have a broken tail-light." "No I don't." *flashlight swings at rear of car* *CRUNCH* "Ah, well, it seems that you do now. Maybe you haven't checked recently. Mind stepping out of the vehicle? That's a rhetorical question, Mr. Stone. We're going to have to check for any unregistered firearms and you wouldn't happen to have any drugs in the vehicle, would you now? Like, oh my, this little baggie here. Oh, that sure looks like a lot of cocaine."
I've not seen this anywhere else yet other than Raw Story, so take it with a grain of salt. If this is true though... https://beta.documentcloud.org/documents/20403191-roger-stone-pdf
