We looked outright bad on a few possessions against their zone, but there were several very clean open shots that we just outright missed throughout the 4th. Towards the end when Ron Ron was really heating up and putting the pressure on Houston, that was when we made a few mental errors - trying to force it into Yao and Tmac playing passively.

I felt like what hurt us was more of a mental breakdown from immaturity. This team needs to be confident in itself at all times. I think execution wise, we had the right Xs and Os drawn up and had decent personnel decisions but we made poor decisions in our offense that we normally don't make. It was mental. Even our defense on Ron Ron was good but he just made some crazy difficult shots when he wasn't putting his head down and running to the hoop like a FB.

...in all fairness to Tmac though, I don't know how aggressively I would have went at the guy who broke Jordan's ribs either.

Please give me a break, this is NBA, not middle school or high school basketball. Put in Hayes to break a zone? And all these NBA players(Rockets) are unable to break a zone? It was Rafer, who couldn't read defense, who made bad decisions again and again. He shouldn't be there in the 4Q.

    LOL

A starting pg in the NBA should be able to read defenses.

Chuck only played 2 minutes in the 4th. The first 2 and the last 2.5 seconds.

Maybe you give him some of Bonzi's minutes? Though Bonzi only played a little more than Chuck did.
