I think Finley does as good a job defensively as any of the Rockets. Also, 7 footers with touch like Wang are hard to find. I doubt the Mavs want to part with him until they find out how good he can be. ------------------

I am pretty sure this guy is attached somehow to the Chinese military. He may be in the army? Anyway it could be tough to get the guy over here, then get him ready to be anything semi-special? It could be 3-4 years before the guy is decent. Nelson likes projects like him anyway, so I doubt he's an option.
