So my wife and I were talking late last night, and she mentions that one of our neighbors got a Zedonk for her birthday. I asked what a "Zedonk" was, as I had never even heard the word. She explained that it is a cross between a zebra and a donkey. I proceeded to tell my wife that she was full of ****. Much to my surprise, I googled Zedonk this morning and sure enough: Spoiler I can't believe this thing is actually real and that someone would want to own one. I will be checking with my neighbor later today to see if this thing as any magic skills.
I'll admit I think the leg stripes look kinda cool, but what possible reason is there for making this? Does it make either species better? If they just did it for the looks, I think its dumb.
Funny you should mention this since it was just mentioned on CNN http://www.cnn.com/2010/US/09/23/what.is.zedonk/index.html?hpt=C2 I thought they were rare? Guess not if they're being given out as birthday pets!
