The Rockets really need to beat Dallas. I'm a little worried about this game, as Dallas probably has something to prove to the Rockets. Still, getting this win would put the Rockets at 33-27. They would then get to play Atlanta, the Clips, and the Warriors. If the Rockets win, we could be looking at a 36-27 record by the time that massively important Phoenix game rolls around. I'm really nervous about Dallas, but I'm going to say 105-95 Rockets, in a shootout with little defense. The Rockets seem to own the Mavs, they must continue this. Hopefully Cuttino will play, but even if he doesn't, I still think this game is hugely winnable. The Rockets need to remember to put a hand in Dirk Nowitsky's face.

On Fox SSW tonight I saw Don Nelson getting interviewed about tomorrow's game. I forget his exact words, but he did say that they have been having trouble with the Rocks here lately, obviously. He then said that the Mav's have been going over things in practice that they are going to change in their approach to playing Houston. I'm sure that that means playing "small ball" or going "big", and trying to stop H-towns leading scorers. They got 6 or 7 leading scorers to worry about here lately.
    I'm not worried about it.

Tomorrow night's game is obviously huge because Dallas is ahead of the Rockets for a possibe playoff spot. However, I am more worried about the Clipper game next Thursday (and I never thought I'd say that!!) The Clippers beat Sacramento tonight, and the Rockets have lost twice to the Clippers already this season. This Clipper team is looking better all the time, and we better take these guys seriously next week, or we'll be in trouble for playoff spot # 8.

haha..I was just getting a disturbing chill thinking about that upcoming Clippers game too...something is just not right in Clipperland. They should be losing. That's just what Clippers do...

anyway, I see the Dallas game being difficult too - but not impossible. I'll go with the Rocks (just cant bring myself to do otherwise)

    Houston - 101
    Dallas - 99

Dallas misses a 3 pointer in the closing seconds causing Mark Cuban to spontaneously combust

Hell, I hope they go "small ball". All the small ball teams are the ones that we tear up on a regular basis. It's the big teams like San Antonio and Portland that give us fits.
