Exactly! and I like the "little bald guy" comment.

Look, I know that Yao has his shortcomings, but one way look beyond his shortcomings is to play to his strengths, which I personally believe JVG has yet to do. Hopefully, (in the near future) Yao and JVG will find that middle area where Yao will get max production on both ends of the court.

Until then I guess we will all just have to wait until it all comes together or another change is made to the team that is hopefully for the better.

Yao is about as lock as a max player as any other 2 time-all star out there. BTW, wasn't he "the man" in china? You think that won't be in the equation? This is a non-cense thread.

I personally am turned off with the Rockets play recently and have "missed" at least the last 4 games because I didn't have to heart to see them lose again. I'm glad they won one against the 76ers. I'm glad Yao got 20 and 13 rebounds. It's about time.
T-Mac making the last shot to win is perfect. That's is what they both need to do.

Rockets will give the max as a honor to their best players. Thats T-Mac and Yao. They will make a great team once they get use to playing together. The Rockets will need a few more players but like someone said, Rome wasn't built in one day.

I don't think Yao deserves a max with his consistent play, but he will get the max. There are a lot of guys that get the max or close to it but probably should not have. I hope that Yao proves he's worth it. I believe he can be one of the league's best players, but he has a lot of improvement to get there.
