Maybe it's just me, or the pictures, but Yao looks lighter. His legs usually look stockier than that.

You're right, one leg is also smaller than the other, which is something that I'm not sure you can tell from these pictures. Les said the same thing, so you're right.
Not surprising at all considering one left was entirely immobile for a very long period of time. But I'm sure people will freak out about Yao's conditioning anyway.
No question about it. We've heard that was the case right now, but it's nice to have pictures of it. Yao needs to have them "even" before the season! Love seeing how much lighter the rest of him is, however. That's good news. A bit more quickness and, more importantly, less weight on those feet. Kudos to the OP.
And Yao's haircut is bad for his image, it makes him less imposing and more vulnerable because he no longer has the fire of the lion in his eyes with his hair so short. And Steve Francis and T-Mac were definitely back in shape after all those pictures showed them working out and losing weight.
