"The doctor checked it already," Yao said. "In two days, it will be fine. "It’s not bad. We want to stop it before it gets bad. In the Orlando game it got sore. I played last game, but today it was sore." "But even when playing Orlando with foot sore, Dwight Howard still can't try and f**king stop me..."
Stop worrying people. I called this one since if you think about it, it's the LAST GAME we have for the rest of the season and postseason against a crappy (non-playoff worthy team). Everyone from here on out has 48+ wins.
The part when he says we want to stop it before it gets bad is alarming.Yao has had so many foot and ankle problems with his unusual height related issues, that I get worried. How is his foot going to react when he does come back? Why did he continue to play through the Orlando game? Yao is loyal to a fault,he can't afford even the slightest degree of injury.
The first thought to cross my mind when reading the thread title was, "Well, it's Golden State... If he's going to get any rest before the playoffs, tonight is the night." The idea of injury never even crossed my mind. Everyone relax.
People were saying last year that he might as well have the Frankenstein screws put into BOTH feet while he was under the knife.
Wow, I thought this was supposed to be the best Rockets forum on the web, yet here this thread is full of negative sallys all crying about him like he got hit by a car. Its one game people, save the tears for when something actually happens that we can't get by easily.
be quiet, we've had to go through 1 of our 2 superstars being out for the season...almost every season as of late. its really tough as a fan to stay optimistic when a player gets hurt. especially when that player is yao ming.
I've forgotten which foot underwent surgery. I also do not know which foot is sore or is it both feet?
