Kinda guilty to post it, as someone said, every Yao's pic gets posted here. But just found the pic quite interesting, in terms of the difference in size.
I believe there should be one single thread on Yao's pics instead of people starting numerous ones... it is more efficient and less space-wasting...

These type of pictures got me thinking of how I wish Yao had some sort of small entourage with him like other NBA players, not to any appreciable degree like Kobe or Shaq but something that protects his image to a degree, The reason? Some of these people like the ones above do not give a **** about Yao, the Houston Rockets or basketball itself. They are no fans. All they want -from their perspective- is to get a picture of a 7 foot 6 circus freak. Do you guys remember the Canadian pic with that girl making mock gestures at our 7'6 big guy, Imagine if it was the Diesel walking out there, no one would dare poke fun at his 7'1 350 lb fat ass. If they did he would sit on all their faces. When the big guy came to Houston in his rookie year there were plenty of people taking pics of him but that was all right since most of them were Houston Rockets fans that gave a damn about the team and its players but these guys at the olympics were a joke, if they were fans of Ming why did they not show up at any of the CNT games? Half of the building was empty in all the games. But atleast Yao is humble. The guy actually stayed in the crappy Olympic quarters rather than than the too good for anybody NBAers. Boy staying at the Queen Mary 2 throughout the games realy showed some class while others had to suffer from overflowing toilets.
