Now that XBOX dipped to 200 bucks, I bought one the other day. I've rented Halo (great multi-player game, crappy single player game), the new Bond game (great multi and single player, might buy it), Triple Play 2003 (so-so game), and All-Star Baseball (realistic as hell, but not that fun). Oh ya, I also played some older games like Madden 2002, or NBA Live 2002, or Inside Drive 2002... What games do you guys suggest? I bought the XBOX mainly because NCAA 2003 will be coming out for it.

if you want basketball nba 2k2 is the only way to go, imo nba live is horrible. btw, what's crappy about the single player in halo? it's not as fun as multiplayer because of the human factor but as far as first person games go, it's very good.
Halo is great single player. It's the only mode available right now also - unless you have several buds or the LAN gamespy setup. The multiplayer is pretty cool. The real fun will be when the XBOX Online launches this summer. NBA 2K2 is very good and so is 007 AUF. The suckiest game by far has been Wreckless : The Yakuza Missions. What a POS - I took it back the first night I rented it.
Its an OK game. Some felt that the game was rushed to be released. The graphics are beautiful and the gameplay is pretty deep. Not your normal button smasher game. If you have patience, wait for Raw 2, its a major upgrade from the first. It will finally have the WCW/ECW wrestlers and you can change their entrance themes by using the soundtrack feature. But the bad thing is, it wont be relelased till early 2003.
XBox sucks...get a PS2 I thought I would save the PS2 owners the trouble. I own an XBox and not a PS2 so don't flame me. Per games, I am really disillusioned with my XBox right now. I haven't played mine in a few months. I'm sure some of the newer games are pretty good but I only tend to buy a select few and I'm waiting for XBox Live this Fall with the new slate of FPS online games coming. There is one game, however, I am considering due to all the rave rumblings about it...Morrowind...which is out on the PC now and XBox next week. I'm not really much of a gamer. I will play occassionally but I tend to phase in and out of gaming for long periods of time or play one game exclusively for a while. That currently is CounterStrike on the PC cause I just want to kill terrorists after 9/11. I'm probably not the best XBox owner....I do believe in its graphics and sound superiority over anything the PS2 offers(which is why I didn't get a PS2). But, as with all newer consoles, the good titles don't usually make it around until later(aka 2nd and 3rd gen titles). But, I'm in no hurry....none at all. I will probably check out Morrowind cause noone can seem to stop talking about it.
