McDonnalds "I'm lovin it" - every commercial irritates me Dr. Sholls "Gellin" - want to punch them in the face Nokia "my phone/ringtone defines who I am as a person" commercials IT'S IDENTIFIABLE!!!!!! I can't choose, but I really really hate the trend of commercials that are designed to be annoying just so you talk about how much you hate the commercial. ugh... subliminal manipulation on the national level
Worst radio commerical goes to the group of people talking about all the shows they are going to watch on tv that night. I want to find them and kill them.
no kidding. that is horrible. it's NBC who does those ads. the characters act as if they're hosting a morning radio show. ugh.
Best tv commercial right now goes again to Jack in the Box. The have the drunken "New Years" antennae ball. He says "My nose is a carrot" then falls over. Later they find that he he made copies of his little ball hole on the copy machine, and they show it.

Agree on all counts. For some reason, even though it makes no sense to think that way, I was actually surprised they showed the xerox. Then it was funny to me that I was even surprised. JITB has such great commercials.

Easily the McDonald's commercials - I have never seen one business have consistently commercials to annoy like McDonald's does. One that I absolutely cannot stand but haven't seen in awhile is the UPS commercial where this woman is being chased by these guys and she is on top of some building and drops off the edge. It is such a stupid cheesy rip-off of some show like Alias, and for some reason, every time I see it, I get very angry. I also hate the Mazda commercial where the "representatives" from Toyota and Honda are talking about how nervous they are of Mazda and its products and they can't find their Nissan buddy only to see him later driving around in the dorkiest helmet you can imagine some pos Mazda product. The first time I ever saw that commercial, the thought ran through my mind, "In your dreams, Mazda." I know there is more but I can't think of them right now. One thing I have found myself doing more and more is pushing the mute button every time a commercial comes on.
Ooh, just thought of another one - the IBM commercials are pretty stupid, especially the one with the "help desk" where some woman in a business suit behind a desk is in the middle of an interstate highway in the middle of nowhere. That is so stupid to me for some reason maybe because I find it so unrealistic that it is annoying. It is too cute or clever for its own good.
