Work Ethic

    It seems that this Houston Rockets team simply does not have much work ethic. I don't know whether it was the old coaching staff, or its just the fact that we have lazy players. I think if they want to be committed, they need to be working out or playing basketball each and every day. The sort of comments that I have heard from Van Gundy are the exact opposite. I hope that Van Gundy can get these guys into shape and ready to succeed. Rather than playing the pacifist coach (ala Rudy T), I think he needs to be much more of a drill sargeant. Anyway, with all the changes he has already made, I think our team is going to be so much better.
