nah, not everbody thinks Basso is a dumbass. A troll? sure... but I still think more highly of basso and his trolling than your immature insults and extremely ignorant smugness.
Keep it up basso. Seems like you get bashed everytime you post when people post BS articles in the D&D everyday.
You have no history of how basso & Mojorge referred to people that questioned the criminal Bush for 8 years so you might want to learn a bit before chiming in.
You have born false witness against me sir. And I believe you knew that you were doing so when you said it. I did no such thing.
well true I don't know the history here but at least from what I have witnessed so far there is far more name calling and jokes from batman jones and the likes than the other way around.
That's because the mods have come down on them. They have been threatened several times with banishment for their comments. Jorge had to change his attitude and moniker to remain here. welp! Off to the weekend house! Play nice kidddies!
well if they had to change their attitudes why dont you and batman also do the same? No point in name calling which only serves to start a flame war back and forth in every single thread.
Do you have no conscience at all? No restraining factor that prompts you to be honest or do the right thing? You know quite well that Trader_Jorge and I are two different people. No moderator has ever approached me for any reason on this board, nor have they ever had cause to do so. With regards to Trader_Jorge, his account appears to be quite active, and he is free to return to posting here whenever he feels like it. In fact, here is a link to Trader_Jorge's currently active user account, which I have posted several times before, and which you have seen for yourself: http://bbs.clutchcity.net/member.php?userid=4468 It is unlikely you would have knowledge of any of the sorts of moderator interventions that you were speaking of anyway. You are talking completely out of turn, and without any truth to stand on.
I noticed that too. It almost looks like he is saving post #10,000 for something special. I wonder what that might be?
in light of this news. i think it's worth going back to the premise of this thread. VDH, again, writes well: [Obama] is [flipping and triangulating] on matters that he once swore were absolutely central to his entire candidacy and his signature hope-and-change agenda... the public has collectively shrugged and concluded of Obama, “I don’t trust anything that this guy says.” and that, mes amis, is why come January 2013, someone else will be occupying le maison blanche...
Thanks samurai, I think we all have different views on a lot of different issues which in a way is a good thing. What fun would this world be if everyone agreed on everything a 100% of the time? I am not sure why the other poster attacked me for suggesting we stop the name calling, personal attacks, and childish behavior in here.
okay back to this topic at hand. It is true Obama has said some things during his campaign which he later changed his tune on. I hope even the very devout Obama supporters can see that. But if that is okay with his supporters than he will continue to get their support and votes. But if you are not going to trust anyone on the simple basis they changed their view or stance on something then heck we cant trust any one of our politcians. They all say one thing and do another. The same can be said about Bush, Clinton, Regan, etc. Even out here in california our governor Arnold campaigned on lowering the vehicle registration fee/tax, etc and he did cut it in half when he got into office. But now that he is on his way out what does he do? He goes and doubles the fee again and raises taxes which he promised he would never do. With that being said there is nothing wrong if say our president comes out and decides to change his mind on an issue. Circumstances change or he can gain knowledge on something he didnt know before. I am not giving a Obama a pass here because on a lot of these issues he has flipflopped on I certainly do not agree with. If he really is considering raising taxes on the middle class and acutally does it then yes I think he will be on his way out in 2012/2013. My personal take on the 2012 elections is that I sure hope the conservatives run a viable candidate who I can stand behind. If it is Palin then I am sorry to say maybe we will be seeing Obama's 2nd term. Nothing against Palin and I don't think she is as dumb as everyone thinks but she is just unelectable.
You must enjoy posting the same nonsense day after day. "For all of President Obama's desire to change Washington and blaze a trail different from that of his predecessor, the new occupant of the White House is having to spend an awful lot of time dealing with the problems and policies left behind by the old one."
