no but it did say finish...beside sp39912 it also has six different folders with similar names but with different numbers with four of them with set up icons.. i also installed those and restarted the computer.
Well, I can't do much more, I would defintely be more effective if it were in front of me. But obviously thats not possible. About taking it somewhere, it all depends how much your willing to pay because they (Best Buy, Geek Squad) will charge you a crap load.
