Agreed...exercise games for Nintendo are very much needed. Oh wait! <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/JjS71YRCBw4"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/JjS71YRCBw4" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>
The best part is that i can just see Swoly agreeing with everything in the parody up until the comment he took offense to. Swoly (nodding): Yeah, yeah, I have been wanting an expensive alternative to those cheap plastic Hula Hoops....

must be in between FPS games. the pardoy video is hilarious, but there is one huge problem...kids dont go outside and play anymore.
I didn't want to start a whole new thread about this, but what are some games you guys would recommend purchasing for the Wii? I haven't touched my Wii this whole summer because of summer school (left the Wii in Houston). Now that summer school is winding down, I'm ready to buy some games that will keep me busy for the 3 weeks that I will be off before school starts up again. I haven't kept up with the new releases (although I do like MP8), so I just wanted to get your input. Any ideas?
Definitely get Tiger Woods, its the best game out there. I also really like SSX Blur, its really fun. A new baseball game came out, I havnt played it yet, but it looks good. I hear Zelda is good too, but I havnt played it much yet.
Elebits is a fun little game. Simple but entertaining. Resident Evil 4 is really good. You may have played it before but I never did so its new to me, plus they are selling it for $29. (the controls are so much better that the original) Godfather:blackhand was a pretty cool game. some graphical flaws but being able to rough guys up and toss them around with the controls was fun (especially holding them over a ledge by extending your arms) I heard Scarface was pretty good..GTA style again. Raving rabbids i heard was fun. they have a new one coming out soon too Mario strikers you probably cant go wrong with. Madden coming soon as well
i've taken a couple weeks off of it but i just got done dodging that big arse alien looking guy in the sewers...where you knock over the liquid nitrogen canisters to slow him down. great game!
My sister and her fiancee have Raving Rabbids - they love it, but my wife and I weren't really taken with it when we tried it out. Mini-Game driven. Wii Play is worth the $10 bucks it costs on top of the additional Wii-mote you get with it. I enjoy some of the games if I'm feeling lazy (billiards the most, but also air hockey, tanks, duck hunt, and cow racing). Some of them are pretty lame (the Mii tetris). Zelda I haven't played much at all. It's just the kind of game I'd prefer to play with a traditional controller. That may be because I haven't taken the time to get used to the Wii-mote based gameplay. Tiger Woods Golf is the reason to own a Wii, and the Wii is great because of what it opens up for games like TWG. I never really got much into Golden Tee or game console golf (or baseball) because it just felt kind of dumb. Sort of like the nonsensical controls for kicking field goals in the Madden series or FTs in the NBA 2k series. I'm really excited to see what MLB2k will be like, though skeptical about football and basketball. I'm very excited about the light gun and playing first person shooter games with it. The Wii-mote as a gun right now isn't the greatest - cramps my hand. Evan
The controller is what actually makes Twilight Princess one of the best games of all time, IMO. The sword and shield combo using both the Wiimote and nunchuk is genius.
I was addicted to the cow racing and tanks game in Wii Sports for the longest time. I have heard great reviews about Tiger Woods from so many people I know so I think I might jump on that game.
