What do you guys think about this product? This will definitely broaden the appeal of the Wii (not that it isn't already popular amongst the non hardcore gamers) if the board is actually as responsive as it seems. Check it out, there is a video of this in action on the site.

I'm a non-hard core gamer & I must admit I do love my Wii. Its a great way to pass some time on the weekend or when I get a free chance.

i think the weight distribution meter is very cool. I wasnt expecting anything like this at all. Im really intrigued into that product being incorporated into other games...skiing, skateboard, etc. there are a lot of possibilities. very cool.

props to nintendo, they are really completely changing the perception of video games.

this looks awesome and a great idea. although I can see the lawsuits flow in when overweight uncoordinated americans start tripping over themselves when using it.

I think another great addition would be some kind of sensor that you could possibly attach to one of your arms or legs. The possibilities of what kind of games they could make would be endless.

Also, the introduction of Wii Fit really solidifies the stance that Nintendo is taking with regards to their target audience. They are clearly differentiating themselves from the XBOX and PS3. I have a Wii, but I think I will get one of the other systems within the next year or so.

same here. i dont play video games near as much as i use to, and even when i do its usually PC, if not the wii.

But with next gen prices coming down soon and solid library (especially for 360) i am thinking heavily about getting one.. in the fall more than likely.

i love how it will read your normal standing stance. always wanted to know how my weight distributes.

However, im a little worried about the size. with size 13.5 (although they dont make that size  ) i dont know how room I will have on it.

I'm excited - the entire system is innovative and a breath of fresh air. I wish it wouldn't incorporate the motion stuff into everything - I'm leery of how basketball and football games will go, but I'm so much more interested in games on the Wii.

All the systems have been up until now are the same games, made slightly more complex and with improved graphics each gen. Gets a little stale, with sports games mostly just updating the rosters each edition.

I'm psyched for the light gun being added, and this board should lead to some fun games as well - snowboarding!

Makes me want the Wii even less than before. Nothing about the Wii appeals to me anymore, atleast not until Mario Galaxy comes out.

How on earth do you get that deep into the clip and still not realize it's making fun of the Wii? lol. Maybe you took too many blows to the head with a real soccer ball... stick to the Wii. :D
