Dwight because he doesn't have a broken foot right now..... of course the Rockets season is over so we don't really need a healthy center as of NOW.

Howard's season is going to be over anyway.

Yao can do a whole lot more than Howard in the offseason.

Now, it has to be Yao. Dwight has great players that compliment him well and another All-Star on the floor with him as of now that can help him win in the playoffs.

He is a beast and will become the next most dominant center in the league within the next year or 2.

Hmmm. Why, I've never pondered this question before, much less read anything on the topic. I must go do some research. If only there existed a basketball bulletin board with thousands and thousands of words on this vexing problem...

Dwight is more dominant than Yao on both ends, but Yao is the more talented player. Make sense? Dwight may never develop the skillset that Yao has...the ability to shoot free-throws with such accuracy, the ability to step out and take a 10-15 ft jumper and make a fade-away with his back to the basket. But then again, we are comparing apples to oranges. Yao's upper body and hands allow him to have a more finesse touch because he has a lighter upper-body. Dwight can impose his strength on guys because he has strong hands and a big upper body...but that, in most cases, means that they struggle to have the touch on a shot.
