    Candidate #1 is Carlos Correa.

This bases loaded, no out gem in the 1st inning really set the tone for the evening. With a launch angle of -19 degrees, this was a taylor made double play for the DBacks. Notice Carlos pulls his hands in very nicely. Excellent RBI.

Candidate #2 is Evan "El Oso Blanco" Gattis.

This lovely rollover in the 8th inning did a fantastic job of killing momentum. With runners on the corners and 2 outs, he takes a big hack at this one and musters up an impressive 44mph exit velo. This baby went bouncing right to the 2nd baseman, no need for a toss. It's hard not to respect that kind of efficiency.

    Candidate #3 is JD Davis.

"Game ender" just has such a nice ring to it. This sharply hit beauty nestled perfectly into the 3rd basemans glove. With a runner on third and 2 outs JD showed real initiative by swinging at a pitch that all his coaches and teammates would have told him to stay off of.

These are your candidates for ground-out of the night. Vote for your favorite, a winner will be crowned in three days!

Reddick's 9th inning DP by a lot. A classic Reddick clutch at bat.
