Body mass index (BMI) is a common measurement of the relationship of weight to height -- and is used to determine if you are under or over your ideal weight. Enter your height and weight in the calculator to get your BMI. The entire article... I am at a silky smooth 22.5BMI
6'4" 208 lbs BMI - 25.3 I would hardly consider myself "over-weight." Those things always get messed up when you are too tall... doesn't quite fit their curve.
BMI: 24 I don't really like the BMI though. Some people just have bigger frames than others. I've seen people who don't even look like they have any shoulders...others have real broad shoulders. The BMI doesn't take that into account.
rotflmao... that's good stuff, twhy77. i guess people missed it or something. hehehhe... it's like a cross between the "icy hot stunaz" and the "how to be a ninja" website. by the way, my bmi is 20.1. does that mean i'm a crackhead?
Yeah, the BMI is kind of full of crap. I have a little fat around my stomach @ 15% body fat and have a measurement of 25.8. I was curious, so I started putting in numbers to get my minimum healthy BMI - it came out to 130 pounds @ 5'10". I only have 28-30 pounds of body fat, so you'll understand me being a little skeptical. I think it's skewed towards people with no muscle and small body frames.
