BMI is not a very good indicator of how in shape you are. if you are 6'2" and weigh 230, that could be about 30 extra pounds due to fat or due to muscle. it doesnt know.

 

yea... i agree with you that BMI is crap. But Daivd Wells?

This recent pictures concludes that the man is the human eating machine.

 

So.... it has no idea how much of your body is fat, muscle, or bone. It's bogus.

 

We need to find another tool that can make us believe we're healthy fatties.
