1 minute, no Taylor, no Dream, and he still can't get into the line up...

I think it's because he's been slowing down the offense when he is in the game. He's good against teams that have big, physical centers, but not teams that have the more athletic and quick centers.

    We really need Cato.

Collier got bumped on the head by Shandon at the end of the first half vs. Golden State and required stitches. He was a bit woozy and the trainer recommended he sit out the rest of the game...

This was reported by Gene & Jim (radio) during the start of the second half.

Yeah 27 stitches and almost knocked out, I wonder why he didn't play! [IMG] Geez, get off the guy's case! Collier's problem is not only the injury last night and slow to learn the system, he has been set back do to the knee injury. He was playing really well before then. We could use him against the Lakers!

    Rocks Millenium,

Don't bother. No string of games will ever convince LilFrancis. Go back and look at all his posts. Any player who isn't a "street baller" with crazy hops and athletism (Sorry if I don't know the right slang now, lol) gets criticized by him. Thus his constant bashing of Bullard, Collier, and Langhi and his constant praising of the so far horrific Jamal Crawford. He wants us to pursue Hughes as I've seen in the past, and play him at the 3, so he could take shots away from our stars, brick 10 million of them, and get overmatched on defense big time. We are a young athletic team, but every team needs role players that are fundamentally sound and not necessarily the big time highlight machines. I've yet to see LilFrancis realize this. Nothing personal at you LilFrancis, but take a look back at your posts. You haven't man... the pattern is inevitable.

When Collier was healthy he played well. He moved around well and understood. Right now he is banged up and is playing bad. But hopefully he will get better.

Lets get as many street ballers as we can on the Rockets. Screw the NCAA and the draft, lets just make an annual trip out to Rucker Park and fish out some talent.

Collier is also still getting back into game shape from his surgery. It takes time especially with a rookie.
