    Lets say Swift agrees to accept the MLE and play PF for us, and lets say Danny Ainge agrees to trade Antoine Walker to us for a sign and trade. Which deal would you take. If we sign Antonine Walker via sign and trade, than we will still have our MlE to spend. If we sign swift than we won't be able to sign anyone. So will you take swift or Antoine with more good people.

    I would sign Swift with the MLE and then do a S&T deal with some other players to add to the team. MLE/S&T....it doesnt really matter either way.

    i'd take em both and dump juwan howard in the amnesty CBA clause or trade him to a team looking for some size. With Swift and Walker at the 4 both for around a combined 12 million a year it would be a strength positon with depth instead of a weakness. If you had Swift coming off the bench he could even give Yao a few minutes rest too.

    Swift wouldn't sign knowing he'd be stuck at 30 mpg the rest of his career, splitting time with Howard, Yao, and another backup 5.
