We shipped Pippen to Portland where we constantly have to watch his laughing, proud, pompous-ass on TV. What if we had sent him to Vancouver for Shareef? There's no doubt in my mind that the grizzlies would still not have made the playoffs, and we would have a young, emerging small-forward in Rahim. Pippen's stock was still high, and we could have marketed him as a "disgruntled" player. Of course, before the Rockets picked him up, his stock was high beyond belief; every team in the NBA wanted him. (many thought he was the best player.) Well, we all found out how much B.S. that was and it would've been nice to have gotten Rahim. Afterall, we're still down on Cato, and Walt wasn't butter all season long from the 3. Again, we have to watch his over-rated butt in the Playoffs. I only know that they won't be the Lakers howerver.
