Apparently he is unhappy with the Bulls and he is an expiring contract, do we have anything the Bulls would want for him.

He would be a nice piece at least for this year.

They need a scoring 4 Da. If it was 3 years ago I'd agree, but now he's not as effective as he once was.

It's a shame too that we spent our MLE on PG's the assitant coach won't play, and didn't even look at any big men.

PJ has the right combination of hustle and skill. He can make those cuts and rebound like Hayes and shoot the midrange jumper even better then Howard. He would be perfect for he Rockets. I think we've tried to get him before. Correct me if I'm wrong.

    Successful Scenario
Due to Chicago and Houston being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. Chicago and Houston had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

he's gonna be worth a lot as we get closer to the deadline. his ending contract will be valuable to teams who want to rebuild. his experience and skill will make him valuable to playoff teams.

almost every team in the league would want him OR his contract. we son't have anything they would want. our best offer would be Jho and deke. they could do much better.

I eould prefer Jamal magloire. PJ probably only has 1 year left in him. I think we could use a guy who could back up Yao and be a little more involved in the offense than Deke. If we can get Magloire for cheap, i'd do that.

I dont know why y'all dont like what Deke is doing and stressing on getting an "offensive" backup 5. I actually think Motumbo is the *best* center we can get to back up Yao Ming. did u see last night's game? Deke was piling up blocks and waving his finger on everybody. poor Andrew Bynum, he looked relieved when Yao went to the bench just to know that Deke is coming for him :D . Bynum either traveled or got blocked. I really felt bad for him.

Motumbo is perfect for the team. Yao's conditioning is really improved and he can play about 36-40 minutes a game easily. that leaves Mount Motumbo with about 8-12 minutes a game in which he can contribute positively to the team. I know Deke is not the best offensive player, but he still gets it done: he gets offensive rebounds, gathers himself and pump fakes about 3 times, elbows 3 defenders around him, then goes up and gets fouled, and he is not a bad free throw shooter. :D

I think our priority for now should be getting a dependable backup PG for Rafer. but if Sura comes back and plays well, I guess our problem would be solved. btw, any news on Bobby?

    Per Dadakota:

I suggested trading Mo Taylor for Brown when he played for New Orleans- I go flamed on the board. No one liked it because I suggested we throw in a draft pick with Taylor.

We ended up trading Taylor for nothing-for Moochie and Vin Baker-who contributed nothing to this team.

We should not have to give much for Brown and he is a beast inside who can score-create his own shot. He really could help Yao..

There are a few big men that can play for a long time like Brown.

Bulls like their vet bigs. They even tried to re-sign Antonio Davis for this season. Skiles is having a difficult time relating to his players namely Gordon and Wallace.

Juwan gets dissed for being untradeable and being a bad fit in Houston but I think he'd up his scoring on a team like the Bulls. Not every player can hit 30pts when given the opportunity (see Juwan's performance at the tail end of last season. He'll be a leader a great lockerroom presence (on the Rocket's bench he's nearly always the first guy to get up on his feet to start cheering plays and baskets) if ever heads home.

    Juwan+Sura for Brown

PJ would be a great fit in houston. The only problem is putting together an offer that would be attractive to the bulls, which i don't think we have.

What if rox made a deal with Brown first, then Brown claimed hes going nowhere other than rox? If so, Bulls has to deal with rox.
