I would like to have some reporters asking others in the Mitchell report about their alleged use. Sure Clemens is dominating the headlines, but what about Bags? Has anyone asked him, has he commented on it? DD
yeah he is not on that list but I am sure if more than 2 trainers would talk he would be on the list, knowing many people who have used steroids since high school I am like 99% sure he used
99% sure huh? <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/zrzMhU_4m-g&rel=1"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/zrzMhU_4m-g&rel=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>
He might not have been in the Mitchell Report, but I have no doubt that he was using steroids. Bagwell (and a lot of other players) just got lucky that only two trainers gave up their clients.
Yep, I figured that out when I looked at the list to backup the post. If we could change the thread title, it should now read..."What about the rest of the guys on the Mitchell report?" DD
I don't dismiss the possibility, but this thread is about how other players in the Report aren't getting any heat brought down on them. I don't think the media should be hounding guys without at least a knowledgable accusation.
Well I'd imagine he'd be on someone's list, somewhere, considering he did admit to using Andro before it was made illegal and banned. Whether he used more than that is pure speculation at this point and irrelevant. I'm tired of looking at the past...and I'm tired of hearing steroids in every other baseball related subject.
Agreed. Bagwell's body change over the years was freakish. Luis Gonzalez is another former Stro I think used.
I've seen pictures of my dad when he first graduated college...boy did he change between then and his mid-thirties...
Hey me too! I saw my dads picture from back then until now. Our dad's must have been using. People never change in appearance as they get older!
Other players aren't getting a lot of heat because for the most part they all admitted that it was true and people don't care anymore. We haven't heard from Tejada yet and I'm sure that the heat will pick up when he comes back to the States.
this isn't true. i think a grand total of less than 5 named in the report came out and made those comments. fernando vina was in the report...he's a regular baseball analyst on espn. he's denied it like crazy on espn over and over. i don't see congress knocking on his door.
