I think he was refering to Peja sucking when he 1st came into the NBA. Most Euro's have taken a while to adjust to the NBA before really developing into above average or better players.

    Agreed,

We could use something to discuss other than jerseys, how big Yao's arms look and trades that will never happen.

I agree with the guys who don't take much stock in these players opinions of Boki. He might not fit in on the And One tour but neither would Larry Bird or Bill Walton. And those guys playing streetball are making it in the NBA right and left. If Boki can play he will see some time on the court and we can make our own decisions. If he doesn't get any PT this season we will have to assume the NDBL/CBL players were right.

yeah, any teams that offers him a lot more money than he deserves, people on this board whine about how Jefferson would be hopeless if not for Kidd, well Jackson would be half the player without Duncan, he wants big money, if we can land him for cheap then great!!!!

If Boki can just become a more athletic version of Air Bull, I will be happy.

He just needs to be able to shoot the rock from outside, and
occasionally run the wing on the break. What else is he supposed
to do? Clearly he is not going to be our defensive stopper, but so
what? With Ming and EG in the middle, why would Boki NEED to
    be a defensive stopper?

But if he shows no increased ability over the next couple seasons
to shoot 3's accurately and play without the ball, then yeah, he's
    gonna wear the bust label.

Personally, being a Rockets fan and all, I hope he does well. :)

    Good Post....

I don't believe that Boki is a scrub, he needs seasoning and time. The kid is still very wet behind the ears. He played very well at the Euro Championships. I think he will be a mainstay on the squad for a while. It least for another 2 years. If no progres is seen, then we should dump him.

As for Stephen Jackson, he was dumb to leave and to listen to Fegan and go for more money, now he doesn't have the $$ he was looking for, now he won't get the open looks like he did when Timmy C. got doubled and tripled. S.A. got Mercer and Hedo for basically nothing and got the outside shooting going. I wonder how Hedo will play with all of those open looks HE will see in S.A. Our SF position is stocked full, no need for Fegan trying to milk another $4mil or so on another one of his clients at our expense. Plus, I hear that he may go to Utah.....heh, heh..poor guy.

    Oink Oink Oink Oink

Nobody wants him... except CD. Cd must go out to sizzler with PiG on the weekends.

I like Stephan Jackson and i think he will be a great player in a few seasons. Give him a 2 year deal, and lets get ready to Rumble Houston! But i would leave Nacbar on the DL, this year and give him more time when Rice Leaves.!!!

    10. With whom I have sexual intercourse.

You'll grow too old and too tired to have sexual intercourse with if you try to grammartize Posts in these here parts.
