Just bought one of these and set it up with no issues on my PC. In the middle of transferring photos it stops and won't let me access the device anymore. It says something about it not being connected. I changed up the connections in the back to reset but still no connection. I'm not sure why it all of a sudden disconnected. I read that this is problem with this type device. Anyone who has this experience the same issues? Was thinking of returning if a recurring issue, if so, Is there a better cloud device out there?
