    It's a team option I think

Why would Charlotte let him go?

He put up good numbers when he finally got minutes towards the end of the year. Plus he can shoot the 3 very well.

nothing wrong with that,we need some 'argentinos' on this team,We need to have someone that can take flops, consistently :) I can see it now,V-span,battier,Hermann,Chuck.....We would lead the league in charges taken...

But like one stated earlier,Why would the Bobcats release him?

Hermann is an incredible 3 point shooter, I think he was in the top 5 for percentage this year. He's got some potential.

Why is there a stereotype for Argentine players flopping?

He gets more than 3 boards per games with proper minutes. His stats are all skewed because he got vspan spot minutes for most of the year. Look at his gamelog from mid march to the end of the season when he got regular minutes.

I guess he's sort of a Nocioni lite. I love Nocioni's game, I wouldn't be too adverse to Hermann. Definitely should fit our budget. Is he available though?

why would you want a young juwan howard? There are already a bevy of nba players who were great college stars that got big $ to play in the NBA and without much sucess.

Herrmann is awesome. He came alive at the end of the season and I took a chance and put him on my fantasy squad. He threw down lots of three pointers and easily scored over 20 pts on many a night. I'd get him in a heartbeat.

What do you guys think of a nice little package from Cleveland that includes Damon Jones and Donyell Marshall?

I think they would be nice additions. They can both hit a 3-pter with nice percenteages. Damon also always has a great asst/to ratio, while Marshall provides excellent rebounding for the minutes he gets. Not to mention he's a semi-decent shotblocker as well.

I think they'd both be a huge help on this team and none of them are getting minutes in the playoffs.

I would offer up Juwan Howard, Steve Novak and our draft pick for these two guys. I don't know how willing they would be to do that. It saves them a nice chunk of money while also giving them two young pieces.

With Damon at backup PG, we'd still have a problem defending PG's but we'd have a guy who can hit the 3-pt shot. Donyell rebounds almost as well as Chuck but can score better than any of our guys with range. Could be just what we need to draw some opponents out. It would be tremendous for spacing IMO if we have Damon Jones, Luther Head, Shane Battier and Donyell Marshall on this squad.
