Virus, help needed

    No idea how I got this virus, possibly through an email. Updated my Norton Anti-Virus but it didn't help. I keep getting a box popup (Norton) saying "virus detected, quarentine failed, Clean failed.

    The virus is: VBS/Redlof-A

    How the hell do I get rid of this thing?
