When I visited Vietnam I realized not everyone is named Charlie.

    (ok, I never visited Vietnam)

I've noticed that alot of my Vietnamese friends in Houston have both an American name they use in public and their own official Vietnamese name. So everyone around town will know them by their American sounding name, but their driver's license and other ID will have a Vietnamese sounding name.

    Don's is good.

And it's not mayonnaise. That would be nasty, though some places' sandwiches do taste like they put mayo in them *gag*. The good places, like Don's, use a sauce with the same consistency as mayo, except it tastes more like garlic butter. That mayo-like garlic butter sauce pretty much can make or break the sandwich.
