I sure haven't...but I'll probably end up with a copy. Xbox is great. The Xbox and PS2 compliment each other well.
I don't have an XBOX and I like the PS2 better, but I do like some of the games on it. Mostly DOA 3. Guess why?
Check out www.zophar.net, they have the most comprehensive information about emulators of different types. If you're interested in downloading SNES games (in ROM format), check out: www.cherryroms.com
Max Payne is a pretty good game. I downloaded it off Kazaa awhile back. Loads of fun. Bullet time rules!
I have that for NES still. My friend and I would play that game for hours at a time but we could never pass it. It seemed to have a magicially wall at the end where you would just run side ways looking to get out. anyways, You sound a lot like me Rc COla. Either its basketball indoors or its the outside version. Games I like and PLAY: GTA 3 NBA2k2 NCAA Football 2003. Basically thats it for now. I hate RPGs Though.
I am looking forward to Links 2003, Rollercoaster Tycoon 2, and Railroad Tycoon 3. I am not thrilled with what they've done with the weapons in UT 2003 (weaken the shock, wtf?!?) so I've cooled on that one. I don't play UT much anymore, I am actually getting out and doing stuff... but when the Illinois winter comes around I'll be playing games again. I wanted you to go off about downloading others' property, DaD, but I guess you're not gonna play ball. By the way, I have brought The List back just for AstroRocket. Jeebus, how about a site with only 40 popups?
Dude! It was the same way with me and my friend. We figured it out after a while though. You had to beat at least 5 bosses (those guys who would show up after you cleared an area of gang members) to go through the gate into the high school on (seemingly) the last level. Once we finally figured this out the game the game got 100 times more fun. The bosses were so hard at the end (they made you fight the Double Dragon Twins before getting to the final boss!!!) that we had to back through the game, beating up guys for money, so we could buy level boosting foods (Veal=raises stamina), techniques(Arco Circus=hurt opponents with flipping jumpkicks), and power sthrenghting clothing (Texas boots=powerful kicks). When we went back to the end of the game we were truly badass. Man, those were the days...
"I'd buy that for a dollar!" Seriously, I would buy a LOTR RPG..that would be soo cool. Been playin GTA3....THPS2&3 (love them boardin games...) I'm gonna get PS2 pretty soon...any suggestions on the best games for me based on the style of ones I mentioned?
Oh, sorry. I've been using that browser the rockHEAD showed us the other day, so I don't really get popups anymore.
Stuff that is old and out of date but still fun to play is pretty much ok with us game developers. It sets us up nicely for sequals. DaDakota
Best plug ever. That ROM site may be the reason that crazybrowser gets an influx of users from this BBS, lol DaD: so I can now admit to 30 minutes of Galaga before I go home and not worry about you hammering me on it?
Keeley, You bet, Galaga ROCKS !!! DaDakota PS I reserve the right to rag on you though....just because......
I have a cds with pretty much every SNES game on it and a cd with pretty much every NES game on it. Its sweet!
If you like good old games, you should check out www.the-underdogs.org They contain the best collection of abandonwarez (games old enough where the companies don't care if they're downloaded)I've ever seen. Probably contains some of your old work...
