Finally, it will have been 6 years by the time this thing comes out.

Fallout 3 is on my video game all time list, and so is Skyrim, and Oblivion before it. Bethesda produces excellence so i cut them some slack.

Still, another game like New Vegas would have been a nice tide-over.

Fallout ruled. One of my favs as well. I guess we'll find out more on the 11th.

I wonder what the location will be? I'm thinking probably LA or some euro location. I'd like to see Houston or at least Texas show up in a video game. I have this penchant to stalk raiders up and down I45.

This is my favorite game. The wasteland and dilapidated cities are so captivating.

Love the franchise. Played 3 on Xbox, the first two on computer. 3 was one of the glitchiest yet most fun games I've played on Xbox.

Awesome if true. Fallout 3 was just slightly below Skyrim and Oblivion for me, but still great.

What is the Quabbin Reservoir? According to Wikipedia it’s the largest inland body of water in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and was built between 1930 and 1939.

Sweet. It's going to be Boston. Hope it stretches in some NY in there.

Waste Land 2 is the real Fallout Sequel.

Played Fallout 3, good game, and unlike some of the purists, I think it did capture some of the fallout feel. But the original just had awesome situations that make you go whoooo. I'd actually want to talk to a lot of NPCs because it actually does add to the flavor of the game. Fallout 3 just falls short.

Pretty good article on why it's just not the same.
