The Rockets are 14-4 when Chuck Hayes, Yao Ming and Tracy McGrady play together on the court. Thats .777 ball, hopefully we can end the season with a tear when this trio plays.

Hahaha. That's a bogus stat. What's our record with Yao, Tracy and Shane in the lineup? Or Yao, Tracy and Rafer? Exactly.

The key names on that stat are " Yao " and " Tracy ".

    We were 14-6 when T-Mac went down. That's .700. I don't see nothing wrong with being a .700 team, and I'm cool being a .600 team.

.600 is not good enough for me. We need minimum of .650 thats not saying a lot considering 2 years ago we were 51-31(.622) with all those scrubs on our team...

true but they wouldnt start on a lot of teams and did u forget about the rybo, david wesley, clarence weatherspoon, charlie ward, moochie norris, scott padgett. considering we have battier, chuck, rafer, kirk, bonzi, and luther i expect a lot better than .622 ball.

Are you not taking into account that Yao and McGrady were relatively healthy that entire season, and haven't been this season?

i was going to say that 51-31 record was due to mcgrady and yaos excellence but have you forgotten that back then yao was only an 18 point scorer and now he is a dominant monster. Plus Mcgrady is a much better playmaker, so the stars and the roleplayers have all gotten better. The only reason i said that we should play .650 ball is because some poster earlier said he would be happy with .600 ball when .600 is setting the bar way too low.

Considering all the missed games from key players (Yao, McGrady, Bonzi, even Snyder) I think .600 ball would be a realistic, if not optimistic, expectation. Before the season, if I knew those players would miss all those games, I would have predicted around 45 wins.

that is completely right, we were all expecting to tank the season once yao went out. BUT we are playing .613 ball currently and i meant that i expect us to finish the season at .650 ball or at least better than .622.

It seems that Yao Ming really complements Chuck Hayes very well. Chuck has been missing his sidekick the last couple of months.
