Anybody have any experience with this facility? My daughter has a chance for discounted training sessions thru her club volleyball, and I want to get some opinions. The initial program has her training 1 hour a week. Is this enough? Can they really help improve on athletes with so little training time. Obviously the athlete has to work out on their own as well, so does that one hour really make a difference?

In the ten years I have frequented this site, I don't believe I have ever had a topic that no one has an opinion on. This is a first....I have been let down by the power of the BBS. :(

With all the pseudo-jocks and wanna-be athletes on this board, nobody knows about Velocity?

How old is your daughter and what are her goals?

I thought these kinds of places were mostly there to teach d1 prospects to run a better 40 or get a better vert

If she was a normal volleyballer she might get more out of a gym membership, but if its cheap I say give it a try and see what happens.
