If he came into last season in shape, maybe he wouldn't be stuck in OKC. Wish it had worked out differently, an in-shape CP3 is a far better fit than WB. I have no doubt he can still have one excellent season if a team plays his way, I just don't think a team built around CP3's style can win a title.
Yea looks good but they also showed on espn one play were Tatum totally breaks Cp3’s ankles. All the plays looked great but I thought about if he got hurt again or just ran out of gas. Anyway even if he stays or had stayed healthy. Did we really want another season like when Harden and Dwight just gave up on the team. Where we played like poop . I’m sure Harden could have played well with Cp3 if he wasn’t always on ur back about everything especially when he wasn’t playing that great. It seems Harden just felt like he was just holding him back or maybe nagging about every little play even if he was right at times. It’s like if you're playing your ass off and carrying the team yet still someone is constantly complaining about things you do. But you look at him and his not helping you or helping you carry the load. So in my opinion it was either Harden or Cp3. So between those two who would you prefer? That’s what it really came down. Morey and TF of course chose Harden over CP3. It wasn’t them choosing Russ over Chris.
He’s not a Rocket anymore enough. He’s gone and it sucks but it is what it is. It also doesn’t help to see dudes here constantly slander him to make themselves feel better about the trade.
Doing this during the summertime, rested, is one thing. Doing it during the long grueling season is another. He's washed up for a 40 mil player.... and 30 mil.... and 20. Well, I'd keep him for 20.
of course he's still really good. thats why some of us prefer him being here. overly dramatic takes around here doesnt change that
