What's up guys? I know this is somewhat delayed but it has taken me sometime to get the proverbial keys to the internet site for the station. I have them now. If you have not heard this 'Van On' stuff it is hilarious. We had Coach Van Chancellor come into the studio and read copy of different pieces of literature. Van fought through Edgar Allen Poe, Louie Louie, Star Wars, Shakespeare and others like a trooper. We air them at 5:30 on Thursdays during Rich and Charlie's show. This one will be up for a week. I'll change it next Tuesday. It is a scene from Braveheart and his wife plays the part of the other soldier. Unfortunately I had some time to kill after producing it and, well, just listen. I actually used Vegas Done! I love it! I would LOVE that! Probably not for the air but I'll put it in the audio vault. Everything needs more cowbell. Everything. Van rules. He is such a good sport about everything. I need more suggestions for passages to read....be abstract but stuff people would know...Pulp fiction comes to mind.
I love what I am doing. I won't lie. If they ever can me I will be like that dude on Office Space that doesn't know he's fired. Milton? I'll keep showing up and working on stuff... It's great. It's stressful also and I feel a bit like Dorothy when beeotch figured out what was up at Oz but I love it.
