Overthrown ball after overthrown ball... we're making Missouri's defense look good when it's clearly not. A few of those passes should've been converted. Sigh.

Losing the last game against them before they become Vanderbilt in the SEC...sucks.

Damn it, Longhorns. The one time I needed you to win and you pooped the bed.

This game could still be winnable but for one horrendous crown of the helmet call....Officials should not be that much of a factor.

Wow. And folks really think this team would hand UofH a beatdown? Not seeing it.

I think even this 4th string running back would be able to run the ball on UH.

Gg was a five star recruit. Its time they found someone who will fit.

    Yeah.

Chances are though, the next five-star QB they get won't be a bust.

he probably was a bust, but who knows.

problem is, we have had such seemless transitions from great college qb to great college qb over the past 15 or so years. those days are long gone, and it's hard to have patience when a new guy doesn't come in looking like a savior.

What a bad game played by the whole team today. Without our best RBs and best WR, the coaches should have come up with a better game plan. At halftime, after Fozzy went down, there was no adjustment to the offense at all. Mack and Harsin didn't coach at all.

Ash has overthrown every ball. Especially when we started playing catchup, he seemed to have just thrown it downfield without even looking at the coverage or the WRs.

O-line had no push. They couldn't get anything for our 4th string RB. They had horrible protection for Ash as well.

Defense played okay. They limited Missouri's run game. They had stops, but the TERRIBLE targeting call broke the defense. There were plenty of missed tackles, in particular when it was 3rd and 10 with Missouri on the 1 yd line. That WR should not have been converting that 3rd and 10. If the offense actually put anything together, I think the defense would have done much better.

In summary, we lost our key skill players. Coaches didn't come up with a good game plan. Screwed by the refs. We unraveled from there.

17-6 all time against Mizzou....bad loss, but if you can't generate any offense you are not going to win.

Dude your a spastic lol, enjoy your one year of success. We'll be back in a few years when less than 40% of our starters aren't sophomores or freshmen

don't kid yourself... if Texas has just one of brown, bergeron or whittaker in the backfield Texas wins that game.

Fellow Cougar fans...just give up. Clearly the Horns would destroy us. Even if they were 1-9 they would say it was just some blown ref calls, injuries...and flukes away from being 9-1....and would crush the Cougars.

Incidentally, the answer to "Who have we played?" is "Who have you beaten?"...Playing top-notch competition (because they are in your conference) doesn't mean squadouche if you lose to every opponent who has a pulse.

Bro UCLA gave you fits; we destroyed UCLA. If LaTech is your toughest opponent, you really have no case. Is SMU any decent?
