I can't believe the last time we went to the Final Four was 1947  I also can't believe we are the only # 1 seed going to New Orleans. The basketball monkey is finally off our back! Sometimes I have to pinch yourself to realize this is not a dream.

Has absolutely no bearing on the next game. The tourney is very dynamic; Texas is in for a very tough game.

Props to Brian Boddicker. Man, that guy has being showing that he can hit the big shot when Ford sees that he is open.

Also, props to Royal Ivey. He defense should not go unnoted. The guy does all the dirty work, then he goes to the line and makes clutch FTs every time.

I may be going to New Orleans as well with some friends (but's all talk at the moment), and I am not sure where to stay at this point, which could derail my plans. :(

Just props to a team that really isn't all that talented but they just believe in themselves; I love this team.

That Brad Buckman character looks just like Chad Pennington with blonde hair!

Texas was supposed to be the first #1 to go, right?

All throughout the tournament I kept hearing how Texas would be the 1st #1 to go. Kinda strange how it was the complete opposite, but I'm not complaining. :D

man you know it's gettin' a little crazy around UT when at the end of church we sang "The Eyes of Texas." don't quite see that everyday.

man, winning a world series, having the football team finishing consistently in the top 10 again after a long hiatus (if not always winning the big games), having the basektball team go to the Final 4, the women's team getting to the Elite 8 so far, even swimming and diving winning 3 straight championships. that's why i came to UT (well combined with a lot of other things). if it wasn't for damn ou kicking our ass for the last 2.5 years i couldn't imagine things being better sportswise here. i am loving the first 3 years here.

As long as Marquette doesn't make it to the big dance I will be happy.

The Marquette band came to our hotel floor at the C-USA tournament and drank all our liquor, jerks

ewfd, thank you for a reason to hate marquette. Marquette is a bunch of punk azz biatches. All they do is steal liquor and claim to be good a basketball. Screw them, they just don't know that The Eyes of Texas are upon them.

If Texas plays Marquette in the finals (that is the game I want), lets hope that "The Eyes of Texas" does a better job in trying to defend Dwayne Wade than "The Big Blue" of Kentucky or there are going to be A LOT of disappointed and pissed off people here.

All I can say is that evertime the orange are supposed to go all the way they lose in the 1st round. Everytime they underestimated they reach the finals. History is in favor the Orange this year.
