i worked at a bike shop over summer, special order parts for customers come in VIA UPS, and occasionally, the box comes in damaged, but never had to claim repairation fee.
Instead of starting new thread I thought I'd just ask it in here.. When you send something by USPS priority mail do you automatically get a tracking number?
nope, you have to pay 35 extra cent for that option, and even then, its not even a good tracking number, it just says when the parcel left and arrived, whereas UPS, FEDEX, and DHL, it actually shows the package in progress.
