It's hard to believe that this was the same guy that was a consistent DNP early on in the season. Career numbers said he should be having a decent season but he just didn't get it going until late and I'm hoping that was a mere aberration because the guy looks like he's back to the old Wigginton. Saves us not only from worrying about finding a 3B, but knowing that the one we have is more than capable of handling the bat.

Incredible the way this team is playing with that pitching staff and the injuries. They deserve a hell of a lot of credit.
