What game is that Rick Adelman shot from?? I have NBA 2k11 and Adelman doesn't look like that, he has no facial hair. I think this adelman looks more like the real one. Which game??? NBA Elite? I heard that got shelved.

We have too many wings...Morey needs to trade them for a star, or future picks...soon...before that blows up in the team's face chemsitry wise.

In the big scheme of things I think Terrence's primary role is to fill Chase's role when he gets traded.

Chase has yet to get the hook and there is a reason behind it. Chase is the young player with upside piece on great contract that most good trades have. Morey wants Chase's Stock and confidence to rise and that is not going to happen from the bench.

Chase is either going to be the sweetner that movies Jeffires's Contract or the Cherry on top of a Big multiplayer trade.

Morey covets picks and he would not have just give away a future first for a player he did not have plans for. On top of that he had to pay to have Taylor taken off the team to make room for williams. You don't do all that just to kick the tires on a lotto pick that has at least 2 years of salary left.

One other thing I noticed is that your not hearing any chatter from the rockets media puppetts about how good Terrence is doing in practice. That reads to me like they are trying to keep him under the radar so he is not asked for in any potential deals.

Just some theorys Im kicking around.

Your theory's are all thoughtful and interesting but your missing one point. Adelman controls player minutes. Adelman will not give minutes to anyone he doesn't think will help the teams chances to win. Right now he doesn't feel Williams will. He doesn't feel WIlliams gives us a better chance at winning than Budinger. That can change at any moment but suffice it to say if Bud keeps playing like he did last night that moment may be a ways off.

So you don't think morey was show casing jt before he was traded? I think morey has some influence on who plays whether they admit it or.not.

Five wings for two positions is not too many, especially when two of them are locked into rookie contracts and another is expiring. Regarding chemistry, one will simply ride the bench. None of our wings are good enough to complain about playing time. JT didn't cause a stink over it, and neither are PPat or Jeffries.

PPat and Jeffries are not wings.

    We have

    Kmart
    Shane
    CLee
    CBud
    TWill

And we play 4 of them, when probably the more efficient way is to play 3 consistently.

All 5 of them are NBA rotation players.

We have Brad Miller at Center...and Chuck Hayes filling in...we have ONE center on the team in Brad Miller....

We need to fix that pronto.....send one of the wings on to Sacremento and take a shot at Whiteside.

    CBud for Whiteside works.

PPat and Jeffries are not wings, but they're part of a crowded frontcourt.

    Scola
    Hayes
    Miller
    Hill
    PPat
    Jeffries

We have as many PF's alone as we do wings. If Yao were healthy, Hill might get pushed out of the rotation altogether. That wouldn't be a problem, that would be a good thing. We can't say who the better player is between Chase and TWill, so let them compete for now and ship out the loser later.

We need a center who can rebound, block shots, and play PnR D. Anything extra such as points would be gravy. Jordan doesn't seem that concerned with trying to block shots. His hops would make him an idea shot blocker.

I am tired of watching Lee miss layups.

Williams should be given a chance to prove he can backup Martin. Is Williams doing bad in practice?

We shouldn't be worried, right? I mean this is common practice for new teammates, right? It really doesn't matter that every other player that was traded during that period is already contributing on their respective teams, right??

He's getting the Gerald Wallace treatment. It's plain and simple. Adelman doesn't like young, athletic, black wing players. Look at the list:

    Von Wafer
    James White
    Tracy McGrady
    Gerald Wallace

and now Twill to name a few.

Unless you're a black undersized PG or C, you won't get to play if Rick the ruler is around. smh @ Adelman

Did any NBA coach other than Adelman give Von Wafer as many minutes as Adelman did?

Did James White ever show himself to be NBA worthy with any team?

Did Tracy McGrady's NYK stink show he was ready to ball last year? Did Adelman refuse to play McGrady when he was ready to play in other years?

Is Courtney Lee not black or not athletic?

Rick Adelman doesn't hate athletic guys, he's just a players coach who hates stupid people and hates making changes. Players like Von Wafer and Gerald Wallace have low bball IQ, and RA hates playing those guys because they can't grasp his system.

RA also hates making changes, and probably adheres to "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" philosophy, which is why he's slow to make rotation changes, andit took injuries to Yao Ming and to Chuck Hayes for Deke a couple of years ago and PP this year to get any PT at all, despite the fact that 99% of other coaches would have probably played their lottery draft pick and/or veteran defensive C SOME minutes prior to injury, just to see where they were at.

I bet RA wrote this on Terrence Willam's christmas card this year: So you thought you were gonna have a fresh start, eh? PSYCHE!!!!
