Ok this could be a somewhat redeemable draft if we can pick up Gansey or Pittsnogle who each went undrafted.
You already have Novak, Pittsnoggle would be pointless. Bring in Mike Gansey and Rashad Anderson, then see who you like more.
This is what I am also thinking, as there are several decent players not yet drafted. We know this but are the rockets management determined enough to contact them and invite them to OUR camp?
Remember Mutombo is on his last legs and we still need a decent back up at center, who can be trained and ready to step into Mutombo's shoes.

Hard to believe that both Gansey AND Pitz didn't get drafted... WTF is going on?? We pay CASH to pick up some damaged scrub from the middle east, and leave both of those guys sitting on the table? Bah. Is Mario Elie ready to coach yet?
marco killingsworth is still available too ... i remember nbadraft.net had him at #32 in one of their mocks ...
That would be one heck of a group of shooters. All our shots would probably get blocked but man would we look good during shoot-arounds.
i say bring in gansey and brad buckman. both are needs, especially with swift now gone at PF, buckman could be a nice addition.
he should've stayed at Memphis, he's one of my fav players at memphis too. Sucks, though. how bout Allen Ray?
not sure a 6'2 SG is what we need now, but hey, they said we needed size and athleticsm and traded gay away, so who knows i'd prefer Thomas Gardner or Rashad Anderson, who are 6'5, or Gansey who's 6'4 ... will be disappointed if none of those 3 ends with the rox
Bring in Gansey for sure, I don't care about anyone else. He's the replacement Bob Sura our team needs. Too many nice guys, bring in a scrapper.
