This is a good thing. My cousin died because she was driving drunk around the holidays. I hope there will be less drunk drivers out there with this program.
Man...you are really frustrating. There are many ways to make a point, and the fact that you so rudely dismissed the story I posted highlights your ignorance. People have to be reminded about the things they are arguing about. That grounds them. While this thread was happening, a little girl was killed by a drunk driver. How relevant is that? It highlights the how real this problem is but this is not as important as all your little friends that got in trouble even though they were below .08? How the **** to you sensationalize this? It's a story about a little girl dying because of a drunk driver. Instead of having to accept this death and overcome it in your argument, you just try and undercut it. That's super weak.
