I've had mine for a couple of months now and for the most part it's been great. But every now and then it won't record a show that I have set to record every time it airs. And then the other night it recorded a show an hour earlier than it was supposed to even though it was set to record it every time at the same time. Anyone else having glitches?
Mine has worked fine... the only time it's failed to record something has been when my recording space was full. It's never recorded the wrong show, though.
2 nights ago all of a sudden the tv just pretended we didn't have dvr anymore. it didn't record something i wanted and then got stuck into "recording" 2 shows at the same time (neither of which we told it to record) so i couldn't even change the channel. and i didn't have the rewind/pause live tv thing. but i called them up and they fixed it and then i had to reset the box to get it to work. and other than this one time last year that it started recording some show at 10 pm every night even though we never told it to it's worked fine. dvr/tivo is awesome.
I was thinking about going and getting two DVR's this weekend since the cable office is right around the corner. What's the extra cost on top of the $7 I already pay for the digital cable box?
