    Who is this NBA "great" who was chosen in the first round at 19. 3 years later he exploded against his first NBA club with 40 points. after stops in France, Australia and two year period in Turkey, he is in Russia now.

    Gotta be Willie Burton then because Arvydas never played for another team and Acie Earl couldn't score 40 points against my high school team.

    Answer : Acie Earl
    he was drafted by Boston; in expansion draft select him Toronto and he scored 40 points against Boston in old Boston Garden. It was record: noone wasn't scored there against Boston that much. Later Big Country beat Earl and scored 44 points.
