Transition Defense

    Someone should teach Harden to defend in transition, once we know McHale won't do it.

    My guess is they are getting out in transition after we've built a lead because Harden sits and we start to miss a lot of shots...

    This is true. It was a trade off in JVG's system. Less offensive rebounding, less player movement on offense so that they always had at least two guys ready to stop the transition. It paid off for defense at the cost of limiting the offense.

    There has to be some kind of optimal balance.
