Ostertag has an expiring contract. That will have value around the league. Utah would expect to get a nice player or picks.

Kirilenko is probably not going to be traded. Harpring might, but only for a performing big man. Unfortunately for us - that would more likely be Cato, and not EG ?!?

All that said, this trade is not so lopsided as some of you have said. Mobely has value. Utah could plug him in immediately. They are going to lose ostertag anyway. IF we can redeem EG, then he may make the trade look ok to Utah, seeing as he's young and will be cheap to resign, and they can't convince anyone else to play there.

Basically, it's EG and Cuttino for the expiring contract, and Boki is replaced by Kirilenko. Problem is, we have to resign Kirilenko.

    I'd do it.

Houston trades: SG Cuttino Mobley (17.5 ppg, 4.2 rpg, 2.9 apg in 41.7 minutes)
PF Eddie Griffin (8.6 ppg, 6.0 rpg, 1.1 apg in 24.5 minutes)
SF Bostjan Nachbar (2.1 ppg, 0.8 rpg, 0.2 apg in 5.5 minutes)
Houston receives: C Greg Ostertag (5.4 ppg, 6.2 rpg, 0.7 apg in 23.8 minutes)
SF Andrei Kirilenko (12.0 ppg, 5.3 rpg, 1.7 apg in 27.7 minutes)
Change in team outlook: -10.8 ppg, +0.5 rpg, and -1.8 apg.

THIS WOULD BE A STPUID TRADE
