Maybe midseason I would have supported this idea, but not now.

I think we should trade Francis for the #1 pick and take Eddie Griffen, and allow a pure PG to take over in Moochie and finally allow us to run a real fast break.

    PG Moochie
    SG Mobley
    SF Griffin

    is 3 prototype players.

Francis is a very short 2 guard who won't admit it. Get rid of him before the league finds out, while his PG stock is at its highest.

Oh, and then get Webber via free agency.

    I end up with:

    Mobley
    Griffin
    Webber

    heypartner....

as mutinous as it may sound to want to trade Francis. If that were to be, the Wizard would give us more than just the 1st pick. Probably Francis for #1 and Jahidi White.

    Then the Rockets would be

C Jahidi White (or at PF)
    SF Griffin
    SG Mobley
    PG (Omar Cook at #13?)

Also...Francis would actually LOVE to be traded to Washington and play with MJ. IF you remember the whole Draft fiasco, Francis wanted to
    A) Be #1 Pick and play for the Bulls because Michael Jordan is his favorite player
    B) Be close to home in Virginia/DC area.

    KLON,

that's it! I forgot about the #13. Wouldn't it be cool if Tinsley fell to #13.

    Tinsley
    Mobley
    Griffin
    Webber

    WOW!

I would trade Mobley if the right deal came along.

Klon is right, Mobley and Francis are similar, except that Mobley has far less court sense then Francis.

Am i in the fantasy league forum?

Mobes + draft picks to move up to get Battier?

    Mobes to get Rashard?

    huh?

Mobes is worth more than either, and Mobes is not a "throw in" type of guy just to get a trade done. He IS something special, and the league knows it.

Boxscores dont tell the whole story.

btw Heyp, funny stuff. Why don't we trade the number 13 to get Jamal Crawford??!!

Never, no way, no how trade Cuttino or Steve. I can't believe you so called Rocket fans are saying that. This backcourt is at least in the top 3 of the NBA.

    Heyp,

I agree that Moochie is a better pure point guard but I like Steve as the new prototype of point guard ie., Gary Payton and Jason Kidd. There is no way in the world I would trade him. Not for Kobe, not for Vince, and especially not for Allen Iverson.

I would only trade Cuttino if had to do with someone named Duncan and that is it, period.

Now that the season is overwith it is going to seem an eternity until next season starts. I am sitting right now watching the game against the Clips that we won. Gotta find a way to beat them next year.

trade mobley, please say ur joking..
first off hes a great scorer, yeah hes not perfect, but consider how long weve been in the league, we have arguably the best backcourt in the league in francis and mobley and they have awesome chemistry to boot..u dont trade ur star players to upgrade in different areas, because it just switches the holes u have in the first place, the rockets have an abundance of cap room and great management with 3 picks-they can improve the other areas without losing our star players

Im not even going to comment on trading Steve or Cat,if one goes the other is surely going to follow, and I love both of them anyways!

Anyone who wants to trade either Cuttino or Steve are not TRUE Rocket fans, because they are the Rockets,IMO.

I just wanted to say if we didnt have Steve or Cat,Moochie would still start over any PG in the draft.

I don't know how to represent the sound of Heypisser speaking right over KLON's head.

"Oh, and get Webber via free agency."
